I

Your players never pay.

Every plan on this page is bought by one organizer. Players and the folks at home join from a link — no accounts, no charges, and we don't count them.

II

Your price is locked.

As long as your plan stays active, the renewal amount never goes up. New prices are for new customers.

III

Refunds without a fight.

A pass you haven't used refunds in full, anytime — a rained-out trip costs you nothing. Yearly charges refund in full within 30 days, including a renewal you missed the reminder for.

IV

The free plan is simply free.

Not a trial — it never expires and never converts. Before a yearly plan renews, we email you the date, the amount, and a cancel link.

The questions

Where do I buy, and how does the phone app know?

On the website, not inside the app. Buy with the same email you run your outings with, and every phone you sign into with that email knows you paid. Buying, managing, and cancelling all happen in the same place: the website.

Do my players have to pay or sign up for anything?

Pay, never: you are the only one who is ever charged. Players sign up free in seconds: name and email, no password, and their rounds follow them to any phone. Spectators just open the leaderboard. No charges for any of them, ever.

How does renewal actually work on Captain and League?

About a month before your renewal date, we email you the date, the amount, and a cancel link. That email is a reminder, not a permission slip: if you do nothing, the charge goes through on the renewal date. If you cancel first — anytime, on the website, about two clicks — nothing is charged, and you keep full access until the 12 months you already paid for run out. And your price is locked: as long as your plan stays active, the renewal amount never goes up.

What if I want my money back?

A pass you haven't used yet gets a full refund anytime — no questions, so a rained-out trip costs you nothing. On yearly plans, any charge is fully refundable within 30 days, including a renewal you missed the reminder for.

I bought a Trip Pass in March for a June trip. When do my 14 days start?

In June, when you create your first outing with it — signing in or looking around never starts the clock. The pass sits and waits, so buying early costs you nothing. Once started, the 14 days run in a row.

Trip Pass and Captain are both $99. Which one do I want?

That is on purpose. One trip this year: Trip Pass — one charge that covers the trip, nothing to remember to cancel. More than one trip, or you organize all year: Captain — same money, the whole year.

What does League add over Captain?

The season. League is everything Captain has, plus unlimited players, season standings at a public link, the Matchplay Ladder (a $99 pass on its own, included), multiple admins, and TV mode with sponsor slots for the clubhouse screen. Captain runs the outing; League runs the season.

Why does Event Pass cost more than a year of Captain?

Field size. Captain caps an outing at 40 players; an Event Pass runs the whole field, hundreds if needed, with TV mode and sponsor slots on the clubhouse screen, for one day's charge. If your big day fits in 40 players, Captain or a Trip Pass is the better buy.

What's the Ladder Pass — do I need a League plan for it?

No. The Ladder Pass runs one Matchplay Ladder for a whole season — the callout ladder where anyone can challenge a rung above, the match is scored from the card, and the winner takes the rung. One $49 payment (the founding-season rate; the list price is $99), no subscription, and everyone on the rungs plays free. It covers the ladder only — outings themselves follow whatever plan you're on. If you have a League plan, ladders are already included and you don't need it.

What happens when I hit a Foursome limit?

When you add a ninth player, or start your third verified outing of the month, we offer the upgrade right there — always while you're setting up, never in the middle of a round. Nothing you have entered is lost while you decide.

If I cancel, or a pass ends, what happens to my scorecards?

They stay. Scans and receipts are never deleted — not when a pass ends, not if you cancel. On a yearly plan you keep full access until the end of the 12 months you paid for, and your records stay after that.
